Also, can’t the “system” account be renamed? It sounds so impersonal when I get a message from there.
The @system user can’t be renamed for good technical reasons (see a years-long discussion on the Discourse forum).
However, what is technically possible is to define a different user as site contact username, and therefore sender of all the automatic messages and notifications.
This account would need to be created and configured in a way that makes it clear that no human is behind it.
