I think that the analysis of the processes and discussions about what knowledge is needed for processes that are done during daily business at the chapters is a chance to find potential needs for innovation for free knowledge. Does someone have a overview or can tell me where I can find what solutions have been developed or are in use at chapters that are based on Free or Open Source Software and what kind of processes exist at the chapters and inside the Wikimedia Foundation that need domain specific knowledge. Do you think that a broader engagement of the Wikimedia Foundation and the chapters in developing software solutions to do internal processes or collecting knowledge about the processes can help by bringing up innovation for free Knowledge. Understanding the processes in the chapters and at the Wikimedia Foundation and identifying potential innovations to make the processes smarter and more transparent is something where I am interested in.
