It seems that problem of more just representation will remain in these elections also and previously discussed methods did not make it into a process, so here I suggest again in hope it does not get forgotten:
We need better regional representation and people voting in for candidates in single or maximum two regions/or language groups, not in all regions/languages, as that reduces the chances of less visible to enter the Board and also does not prevent over-representation of regions (even some countries and language groups) on the Board like now.
Meanwhile good luck to all new candidates that need luck to reach the Board as first representatives of their contexts
